It's impossible to drop new elements in the same row when the screen is too narrow

Describe the Bug

When using a narrow screen with large elements it's impossible to drop new elements in the same row

Steps to Reproduce

1. With a small screen drop an iframe or a table
2. Try to drop another element in the same row of the previous one
3. It's impossible to drop the new element

Expected Behavior

It should be possible to drop the new element
