Option to install `coder` CLI on PATH

People who use the VS Code extension may want to use the `coder` CLI outside of VS Code, but want to leverage VS Code for installing it and keeping it...

This can be difficult to see in the output.

Shows step "waiting for agent to connect" even though workspace is fully started

I was able to connect to my workspace fine, but was surprised to see one of the loading steps "Waiting for agent to connect" when the agent was fully connected...

workspace bandwidth is not accurate

I uploaded a 100MB file from https://speed.hetzner.de/ and the bandwidth didn't really change

Might make sense to allow being logged into multiple deployments. But at the very least, being able to log into another deployment without having to log out would be nice...

You can use the `file://` schema to access a shared index tarball locally :)

I used the full source, should switch to ```Dockerfile FROM damintsew/indexer-2021.3 # custom features ```
