Highlighting doesn't work for names with diacritics

With diacritics in LaTeX being represented with escape codes, author names with the diacritics don't get highlighted. For example, my last name is Dimjašević and is written as Dimja\v{s}evi'c in LaTeX (and BibTeX). I've tried all kinds of matches (including regular expressions) with the highlight option, but without luck, i.e. my last name is still displayed without being highlighted.

This happens with papercite 0.5.15.

A bug fix should let the user have their name highlighted in the case where the name contains diacritics.

I will look into this soon. Could you attach a bibtex entry + the shortcode you use so I can include this into the automated tests?
