I'm requesting functionality, like TeX, in which a specific page number (or section, etc.) can be included in a \cite command with an optional argument (ie \cite[p 24]{Rowell1997}). I envision it as an optional argument like [bibcite key=Rowell1997 tag="p 24"] or something to that effect.
