Make papercite save posts as HTML

Use the same mechanism as WP-Markdown that saves the HTML and converts it back

Many advantages:

  • Not breaking the display if removing the plugin
  • Search would work on the bibtex entries

Actually, this would not be a good solution since there is no way the post can be updated outside of the editor.
