specifying template for bibfilter doesn't work

Same issue here. Bibtex and Bibshow works fine with custom template, but if the option is specified in with the bibfilter template, it uses the default template. MWE: [bibfilter template=alternative-bibtex group=year allow=article sortauthors=0 author=Ramirez|Gorriz  file=citations.bib]
