Reduce languages

I want to configure shown languages. There are too many languages for me now.

Could this be implemented in the settings? simple-prefs has a control type, which has an on function. You could pop up a window, presenting enabled from and to languages, which user could control. And save those using simple-storage. Then filter languages when the menu is shown.

There certainly are a lot of languages to scroll through.
