Organizer - Not rated talks first talk is sometimes already rated

What is the issue?

As an organizer When I rate some talks and come back to the talks list Then the first one is the last rated is the last one I have rated

What is the expected behavior?

The first talk I click on the not rated filtered talks list should not be already rated.

What is your environment?

• OS: GNU/Linux Ubuntu
• Browser: Firefox
