Search doesn't handle diacritics correctly

Describe the bug

When using search, normally it doesn't matter if you're using capitalized or non capitalized letters. However, when searching for items names with diacritics, the result isn't shown if the capitalization isn't matching (e.g. given the folder name "Krikštynos", searching for "KRIKš" works, but searching for "KRIKŠ" doesn't). It would also be best if search would return item names with diacritics even when searching using Latin letters, for example searching for "simtadienis" should still return the folder "Šimtadienis".
