Feature request - an editable / fillable text field in the PDF ?

I had idea/request to have a "fillable" text field added to the PDF certificate. They want to type in their Licensure numbers on the certificate. If this is not doable I had this idea:

Ask / collect the licensure number if some required feedback form ? Then add some kind of free text token {FREETEXT} to the template?

Ideas welcome...

You can achieve this by creating a custom profile fields in moodle user settings, and adding a text mark {PROFILE_<CUSTOM_PROFILE_SHORNAME>} for example:

Create a custom profile field with shortname licensure_num, and you can add in certificate textmark <PROFILE_LICENSURE_NUM>.
