Not working, everything up to date, everything perfectly installed from the zip file

I'm using the latest version of windows 10 and the latest version of OBS Studio, and still no dice with any program. Curiously it also shows two examples of the same .exe with whatever's playing music at the time. obs64_R9b2myDauG obs64_WYv7ftTqvH No idea what it could be. According to the other closed issues I should be up and running. It's not only winamp either. Same issue with any source I attempt to use.

I'm on 2.2.2-beta and have been keeping my PC up to date. Just updated it. Same issue. It just isn't picking up audio of any kind.
