Can this work in Streamlabs or any other application can do the same thing? I only want my application (Discord) louder in stream but not in my computer. I have tried Voicemeeter but it seems that it will increase both(can't separate my computer voice and stream voice).

It will not work on streamlabs, because streamlabs doesnt support obs plugins
