Games closing.

The Experience I had is whenever I'm capturing audio thru the plugin, It takes about 30 seconds to close the game that I'm playing suddenly. first I experience a quick audio lag, then the game freezes and it closes. when I go back to OBS, it's laggy, and sometimes freezes. I tried to use compatibility on the software but that way audio doesn't come out and doesn't freeze the game in question. or sometimes, OBS crashes right away. I'm using windows 11 pro and got plenty of hardware. any ideas about what could that be? =/
