Feature: Stripper

Useful for searchcode but also potentially for others. Add the ability to strip out code, comments, strings and the like from any source.

The idea being I can feed in a Java file, and get back the same file minus all the comments, or have just the comments come back.

Need to also have the option to preserve the openers of strings, or optionally remove them.

Being able to strip out this way enables the automated extraction of comments for example.
