all the downloaded files is root:root permission, need to chmod -R 755 on every download to be able to open files... its not convenient to download to Plex server and need to ssh into server and chmod -R 755 on every file installed

You can just change the running user to whatever you want, in the service file.

Just take cares of the config file and the download dir is the same user the process runs
