Make tags clickable that filter the data on the page

It would be great if the tags on the page were clickable, this means when you click a certain tag we can filter the items on the page.

I actually have a filtering solution that is fairly similar in one of my Gatsby side projects. I'm sure I can change stuff around to make the logic work with the tags. I'll work on it when I get a chance this week!
