GD Library Compatibility

It should be noted somewhere in the readme that some functions in the library such as imageantialias() and imagecreatetruecolor() will not work properly without the bundled version of the GD library and php. Although imagecreatetruecolor() will work after installing the extension, imageantialias() still requires GD to be precompiled with php.
