YYYY-MM-DD date format

Could you please add support for the YYYY-MM-DD date format and 24h time? In an international team, it's important that dates be unambiguous, and YYYY-MM-DD is the ISO standard and fits the bill... In this context, it'd be great if we could just have numbers rather than the whole "28th October" and "am/pm" thing. I don't know whether this fits the scope of org-mode, but thanks for your consideration either way.
