database synchronization for multiple boxee boxes

It would be handy if the database on multiple boxee boxes could be synchronized. This could be replication, master/slave, or external database. Having independent watched/not watched on each TV in the house is annoying at best.

As I suspect is the case with many others, I have a Linux fileserver, which could serve as an external database for boxee, which I suspect would provide significant performance improvement over the local database.

I would be willing to help fund this development as well, please contact me if you are interested.
