Metadata Template: Create (option) & Update. copyInstanceOnItemCopy flag

The metadata-templates command doesn't allow you to create or update the copyInstanceOnItemCopy flag for the metadata template.

UPDATE: Create seems to be supported but not update and the help flag for create does not show the option.

Please add the copy-instance-on-item-copy parameter to the create and update commands for metadata templates. The function is described here: https://developer.box.com/reference/post-metadata-templates-schema/#param-copyInstanceOnItemCopy
