RadarAnimation does not passthrough the clicks

Hi, Piotr Laskowski from Box Poland here 👋

Environment:

  • Elements version: 15.0.0-beta.46

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • OS: macOS Monterey
  • Browser: Chrome latest

Steps to reproduce the problem: I am unable to click the button below the radar animation, see recording https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/1999603/160564272-4f1c2b64-8f79-4932-b654-2c5f0cc8a05c.mov

Expected behavior I can click the button through the radar animation.
