Bookmark/Web links in ContentExplorer opens blank page

Steps to reproduce the problem: We created a bookmark file from

Box admin

then tried to access it from

ContentExplorer

within our app. Once the bookmark file is clicked, a blank page shows up on a new tab instead of opening the URL of the file.

Expected behavior We expect to be redirected to the URL of the bookmark file once its clicked. As its done from the Box admin.

• Which versions of Chrome, Safari, and Firefox are you using?
• Can you provide screenshots, console logs, and/or a HAR file for the issue?
• Is this happening with all files or just one file? If it is happening with just one file, can you send us a link to the file?

chrome Version 77.0.3865.90 (Official Build) (64-bit) firefox nightly version 71.0a1 (2019-10-04) (64-bit)

this is happening to all bookmark links (bookmark link files). Files can be accessed from the Box Admin account but gives blank screen when you try to access it from box explorer UI.

Hi, I am experiencing this issue as well, and the links feature is very important to our implementation. Any update on resolving this?

Hi, am also experiencing this very issue, once a bookmark file is clicked, a blank page shows up on a new tab instead of opening the URL of the file, and its very frustrating. Any chance it will be resolved soon?
