Create documentation on using the raingauge interface

Some documentation with screenshots of the application, types of data that is collected, and so forth would be helpful in addition to the quick start document. Probably want to put this under https://github.com/box/RainGauge/wiki with a walkthrough tutorial of how the interface looks and how to navigate parts of it.
