Annotate files which have special processors

The entire system for extra handling of output is pretty clumsy right now. It should be generalized into a pluggable interface to make the current code cleaner, and also to allow end users to more easily add their own.

In addition, files which have special filters could be highlighted in bold to show that more than the raw output is available.
