[input1.txt] file could not be opened

hi, i ma trying to learn from your code and when I run it , I always get this error "[input1.txt] file could not be opened" can you guide me how to run it?

are you sure file "input1.txt" is located in the same folder? otherwise you have to put [path]/input/input1.txt
