Code for testing the model on the Adamson and Replogle datasets

Thank you for developing this excellent work!

I followed the tutorial on your GitHub for testing the model on the Adamson and Replogle datasets but obtained results that differ from those in the paper. I suspect this may be due to differences in experimental settings or hyperparameters.

Would it be possible for you to open source the fine-tuning code for these datasets?

Hi, thank you for the question and interest in our work! You can find scripts to generate the figuers we reported here https://zenodo.org/records/10466117, also in the tutorial folder. I think most settings are the same between these files, although the github version has been continuously updated. If the results differ a lot, it may be some package versioning or environment difference. You could share that later if needed
