gene expression generation from custom cell prompts

Hello!

I am looking to fine-tune scGPT on my own dataset, from which I have scRNAseq data, as well as a time-related label per cell. How would I go about using these labels as cell annotations (how can I encode them), and how would I then later be able to use similar custom labels as 'cell prompts' to generate new gene expression data?
