@jeswr The deleted `obelisk.ttl` file should be available at `/mnt/volume_lon1_03/solidcommunity.net.bak/cleopatra/public/voc/obelisk.ttl` If nothing was changed, Sunday weekly backup do not remove deleted files.
It has been implemented in SolidOS source-pane where you can test it. Not in NSS. I don't remember why.

You set`multiuser: false` then there is no login. I am not sure that mono user can use SSL and https
