Improved 404 for URLs which miss /hypha/?

https://wiki.com/hypha/foo (works) vs. https://wiki.com/foo (blank page, 404). Maybe a "did you mean https://wiki.com/hypha/foo" in the output? Maybe staying inside the wiki web UI instead of the raw web server response? Will be less confusing & easier to recover for less tech folks.
