Add enricher for address & geodata

what exactly do you want to achieve with this enricher? we do have address and coordinates already in the location enricher and it is easy to just add something like the link there as well, just add another column. or do want to have this enricher independent of the location?

idea is to use openstreetmap for better and more complete information about locations instead of manually maintaining them

my idea would be to search for the location on openstreetmap (validating the result with the other information) and then adding the openstreetmap info with a 'openstreetmaps.' to be used by our publishers as needed

this could be the basis of "how far is this away by foot" calculations and public transport topics

openstreetmaps also tends to have very well maintained information that is not only geodata like telephone numbers, urls, ... this might be an awesome source to doublecheck info
