Include the `vaniglia` prefix (just like `caffe` and `soda`), in the tag name for future release, it makes it easier to automate pulling update.

Proton 8.0 was [recently released](https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/releases/tag/proton-8.0-1c). Please, consider rebasing the Soda runner to this new version (_experimental_8.0_ branch). :-)
