[INFRA] General change to the structure of online repositories

Good morning everyone, with the opening of this issue will open a discussion on the management of the structure of the current bottles mirrors, which, at the moment are:

• cdn.usebottles.com
• repo.usebottles.com

In order to have a better management of the mirrors (at least for the ones we have) we will use the ICAO code of the nearest airport, ex:

• eddf.mirror.usebottles.com
• lfpg.mirror.usebottles.com

With the opening of this issue we also announce the availability of two new mirrors:

• GARR (External management)
• Scaleway (To be consolidated - Our Management)
