Cannot run autorun.exe CD software

When trying to run the copied contents of a CD I get this error:

002c:err:wineboot:process_run_key Error running cmd L"C:\windows\system32\winemenubuilder.exe -a -r" (126).

So that's not an install but only a run and it should use the files from the folders next to the executable
