It works before update but it wont SOMETIMES after update

Bcs my english is bad I USE AI for this complaint, but ive make sure it got all of the point!

Hey everyone, hoping someone can help me unravel this Hoyolab mystery. I've been wrestling with it since the last update, and here's what's really throwing me off: the wild inconsistency. Even with identical settings, it works sometimes and fails other times - no changes between attempts. Here's where things stand:

My setup: -AMD Ryzen 7 5700 using the built-in graphics -16GB RAM -Nobara 42 (KDE desktop)

The head-scratcher: -Before the update, Hoyolab ran reliably with Proton GE. Now it's completely unpredictable: -Proton GE 10-3 just black screen with almost no GUI for around 2 second -Proton GE 9-27 stand quite longer than other and actualy lil bit render some GUI -Exact same configuration gives different results on different launches but everything kinda inconsistent soo..

What makes this frustrating: -I've tested extensively: -Multiple full reinstalls (Hoyolab + Proton) -These versions all show inconsistency: -Proton GE 9-27 -Proton GE 10-3 -Proton GE 8-26 -Proton GE 9-25 -Wine-GE 10-8 -Soda 9-0-1 -MOST OF EM LIL BIT SHOWED THE GUI BUT CLOSED RIGHT AFTER

-DXVK combo DXVK 2.5.2, 2.5.3, 2.6.1, All still wont work -Fresh prefixes, reset prefixes - same random behavior -and many many combination on inside of setting menu combination

The pattern: This started immediately after Hoyolab's update (my system was stable before). The real puzzle is how the same exact setup works perfectly one moment, then fails the next. Vulkan checks out fine, drivers are current, and other games work normally. It feels like something in the update created a compatibility lottery for AMD iGPU users.

Has anyone else with similar hardware (AMD iGPU + Nobara 42) experienced this specific inconsistency? I'd really appreciate any insights - whether it's a Proton version that behaves more reliably, launch options that stabilize things, or Nobara-specific tweaks. Happy to test suggestions or share logs.

Thanks for reading - this one's got me stumped!

edit: and like i said its misteriously worked now with proton GE 9-27 dxvx 2.5.2, and both bottles and steam runtime on, but after i tried reopened it w/o change anythin it wont work again.

-Proton GE 10-3 just black screen with almost no GUI for around 2 second

You have to disable Steam Runtime for Proton 10+, it currently does not work.
