Steam does not install or launch

To replicate:

1. Create a new bottle or go into existing one.
2. Click install programs.
3. Click Steam.

Alternative method:

1. Go to steampowered.com
2. Click and install the windows exe / msi
3. Move it to the bottles directory on host.
4. Open the respective bottles.
5. Scroll to bottom
6. click legacy wine tools
7. find the exe
8. run

Both of these methods do not run. even the run executable button in bottles.
