I don't can install 360 Fuison because this error.

I have the same problem with bottle, I was able to start it with the env variable FUSION_IDSDK=false after installing it with the installation script from github cryinkfly and fighting with the same message. It started but gave me later some weird graphics, I tried with bottle but again this error. Maybe it would be better to use the system browser, for example wine winebrowser.exe http://golem.de
