FL Studio installer error - tabtip.exe crashes

Start FL Studio. In Audio settings - Midi - enable midi keyboard. Tooltip saying it is in use appears.

Then crash window - "tabtip.exe has crashed". But FL Studio carries on working fine.

This is a low priority error, unless I start getting tooltip crash popup windows every time I see a tooltip, but that hasn't happened yet.
