Marriage: failed to add to Programs

https://softcatalog.io/ru/programmy/maryazh (in Russian, the big green button downloads the setup exe). Bottles is running from flatpak on Fedora 37.

The program (a card game) installs successfully, though needs the language to be set to Russian for proper UI display.

However, it does not add to Programs. I have to use Legacy Wine Tools -> Explorer and there go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Marriage , then run marriage.exe . At this point the game runs normally.

I used nircmd to create shortcut giles to this file in the start menu and desktop folders, but it still won't add to Programs even after a re-scan. If I add it via the "Add Shortcut..." menu, going through the full Unix path to the file, it does not run.
