Fusion360 Crashes on launch

When Launching fusion360 after using the bottle installer I get an error saying that ADPClientservice.exe has crashed, followed by fusion360 itself crashing and showing the report error prompt note: the installer is the bottle installer, have not made it to the fusion360 native installer System Specs: AMD Ryzen 7600X 32Gb DDR5-4800 Nvidia RTX3060Ti VanillaOS with Windows 11 Dualboot

Troubleshooting: have tried with both IGPU and dGPU tried installing autodesk reccomended software from here: https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Autodesk-Desktop-App-crashes-or-stops-working-with-faulty-module-ucrtbase-dll-logged-in-Windows-Event-Viewer.html
