[BUG] Unable to install Riched20, Cab file not found error

When attempting to install riched20 through the dependency installer, Bottles downloads w2ksp4_en.exe, then this message shows up:

~/.local/share/bottles/temp/riched20//i386/riched20.dl_: No such file or directory

followed by

(INFO) Cabinet extracted successfully 21:19:17 (ERROR) Cab file ~/.local/share/bottles/temp/riched20/i386/riched20.dl_ not found

When checking the temp folder, the riched20 folder exists, but is completely empty.
