Soda and Sys-Wine Runners Inadequately Mentioned

Hello, Neither the First Run or Runners page mentions Soda or Sys-Wine runners. Given that these runners are default options, I think there should be greater clarity regarding whether these runners should be chosen and what they are best for.

First time user here. I also came here because of the same question: What are the soda and sys-wine runners?

I did some research and found some hints:

In Preferences -> Runners I found a list of runners with a short description:

• Soda: Based on Valve's Wine, including Staging and Proton patches.

sys-wine can not be found in the list of runners. Where does it come from?
