Describe the problem The version of WebView2 that Bottles installs (109.0.1518.78) is from February 2023. This is too old for some software, which means installing dependencies manually.

The current version of ArcGIS Pro (which I'm trying in vain to run - but that's my own personal white whale), for example, requires at least version 117, and the latest version at time of writing is 137.0.3296.83.
