[Request dependency] Steamworks common redstributables

Official link to the download page (not direct download) https://partner.steamgames.com/doc/features/common_redist I believe that Valve only provides the redistributables if you're a Steamworks partner? Might have to look into that some more, and if it isn't possible to pull them independently, maybe grab them from a Steam installation.

Is this dependency compatible with Wine?

*Proton uses these in its prefixes, I believe it'll work in a normal Wine prefix

Why am I requesting this?

Some software (that runs without Steam) may require the Steamworks common redistributables to function, and also may not work properly inside of Proton (I'm encountering an issue with this right now, the Halo Reach Mod Tools).
