[Request]: Add "windowscodecs.dll" as a component option

I am trying to install Serif Draw Plus X8 using bottles. According the winehq forums the program requires a dll called windowscodecs which usually be installed with winetricks, however this dependency is not available in bottles.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be great to see an option for this particular component under the dependencies tab.
