Wine GE depreciation notice

I'm not quite sure how to edit the original English .pot file, so I'm going to suggest somebody does it instead!

GE Wine has been depreciated in favor of umu-launcher and its latest release happened more than one year ago. This information should be included in the runner management menu with a short tag such as "Unmaintained" or "Depreciated".
