[Bug]: Steam Deck Bottles Proton Manager detects Proton 8.0 and Experimental prefixes but not game prefixes

Describe the bug

I have steam proton prefix support enabled but for some reason it only detects the prefixes from Proton 8.0 and Proton Experimental but no actual game prefixes. It does detect game prefixes if they're on my SD card but I can't really move any prefixes to my SD card because there are symlink files already existing everytime a new game prefix gets made. I gave bottles multiple permissions in flatseal as well but no dice.

To Reproduce

1. Enable steam prefixes
2. Restart bottles
3. Open Bottles
4. No prefixes
