[Bug]: Windows Module Installer Service is not available for .NET

Describe the bug

I'm using the dependencies and installing .NET frameworks. However they won't install, and instead it comes with a pop up that says

Setup may not run properly, because the Windows Modules Installer Service is not available on this machine

I've searched the issues for this, and doesn't seem like it's been raised before

When using Google, I've found answers but all their recommendations are to use Winetricks, which Bottles does not use.

To Reproduce

  1. Installed Debian 12.1.0
  2. Installed Bottles via FlatHub (51.9)
  3. Setup a new Bottle (Win64, Application, soda-7.0.9)
  4. Attempted to install dotnet472 dependency and warning pop up appears

Same issue. Previously Worked! I'm trying to install MS Office 365... Ubuntu 24.04, Wine is latest staging from Winehq repo.

No :S Even Office 2016 is not working with Playonlinux.
