[Bug]: Bottles disappears/closes when I change workspace
Describe the bug
I'm running Nobara, Fedora 38, Gnome/Wayland.
I've installed Adobe Reader in Bottles.
Even during install, or whenever I run the program, the app disappears/closes whenever I switch workspaces.
This happens both with the flatpak and the dnf.
To Reproduce
Just switch workspaces with a Windows application running in Bottles on Gnome/Wayland.
Package
Flatpak from Flathub

Troubleshooting Logs
No response
Additional context
No response
Please try and reproduce without any GNOME extensions enabled.
I used the top option in the extension manager to disable all extensions, and the same things happens.
Whenever I use a touchpad gesture to change workspace or even slowly zoom out to the app grid, the app in the Bottle instantly closes.
This is perhaps a duplicate of #2928 although that is a game and this is an application.
This only happens when I use the trackpad AND the application/game is in focus. When I use the keyboard shortcuts, this issue does not happen. On Wayland.
This is also happening to me, on a laptop running Ubuntu, with trackpad gestures.
