[Bug]: Fetch/show correct system wine version

Currently when choosing the system wine version it only shows 8.0. However Im currently on 8.3. https://imgur.com/a/keLJutL

To Reproduce

Simply open runner and verify the sys-wine-version

The sys-wine is referencing the Wine bundled in Bottles, provided by https://github.com/flathub/org.winehq.Wine, which is not which you installed in your host system.

I also want to know this.

When I use wechat, the WeChat shadow window is displayed on top of other windows during use. The work around is to use wine-for-wechat in the archlinuxcn repository. This version of Wine uses a patch for WeChat shadow windows. But in bottles I do not know how to use it.
