[Request]: Support using non-proton runners for steam proton integration prefixes.

Tell us the problem or your need

I'm currently attempting to set up the Northstar Modding Framework for titanfall2 in a clean and as much is possible maintenance free way in my bottle originating from Titanfall 2's proton prefix.

This has created a situation where I would like to change the runner of a proton proton prefix through bottles, as this specific project doesn't work on the valve proton branches.

Describe the solution you'd like

Option 1: Bottle Mirroring Allow the creation of custom bottles which mirror or link to a proton prefix that allow you the additional control provided by the non-integration bottles.

Option 2: Allow changing the runner of steam-integration bottles Add the runner options to bottles originating from steam. I predict this would cause confusion for end users who may be expecting the changes to also apply when running through steam.

Other solutions?

In this specific case you can set a patched proton version in steam and run it as you would normally, but this only works for proton runners and requires leaving the convenience of the bottles ecosystem to do.
